As of today 1st May 2024, Simon Brooks, the founder who transformed Rotamec from its humble beginnings into a multi-million-pound industry leader, will step into a new role as the Rotamec Group’s CEO. This strategic move allows Simon to concentrate on the company’s growth, future acquisitions, and broadening Rotamec’s service offerings.
Stepping into the role of Managing Director is Paul Pearce, our dedicated Sales and Operations Director. Paul’s outstanding contributions have significantly enhanced our service delivery and customer satisfaction. His extensive experience and leadership skills make him the perfect candidate to lead our day-to-day operations. Paul will continue to work closely with Claire, our Finance Director who has been a major driving force behind Rotamec. Her strategic insight and financial acumen have been pivotal in our success and will continue to be so as we enter this new chapter.
